Meet Ups

In the ever-evolving landscape of technology, the power of collaboration cannot be overstated. When presented with the opportunity to create and manage the DocuSign Meetup program, I eagerly embraced the chance to cultivate a space where DocuSign enthusiasts could unite, learn, and flourish together.

My love for meeting people and empowering them in their professional roles became the driving force behind the inception of the DocuSign Meetup program. As the orchestrator of this initiative, I set out with a clear vision — to establish a forum where DocuSign users could come together, share their experiences, and elevate their understanding of DocuSign’s capabilities.

We meet monthly, for one hour, creating a virtual space that alternates between exploring general DocuSign content and delving into specialized sessions for DocuSign users. The intention is to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our global community.

Hackathons

I played a pivotal role in TechConnect by leading the organization and execution of the Hackathon. My responsibilities encompassed diverse tasks, demonstrating my versatility and commitment to ensuring a successful event.

Planning and Coordination: I developed and executed the overall strategy, theme, and goals for the hackathon. Coordination with stakeholders, including sponsors, participants, judges, and mentors, was a crucial aspect. I meticulously planned logistics, from venue selection to catering and equipment setup.

Marketing and Promotion: I created and implemented effective marketing campaigns to attract participants and sponsors. Leveraging social media, email marketing, and collaborating with marketing teams, I ensured the event’s promotion was compelling and widespread.

Participant Engagement: Managing the registration process and providing comprehensive support to participants were integral to my role. I fostered a positive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring a rewarding experience for all attendees.

Judging and Prizes: I recruited and coordinated a panel of judges, defining fair judging criteria and overseeing the procurement and distribution of prizes and awards.
